Our Service Team
Welcome to our experienced staff of Service Technicians
We have a staff of five Service Technicians with 53 years experience combined.
1. Steve Pederson - John Deere Technician for 25 years; expertise ranges from Combines, Large Tractors to Lawn Tractors.
2. Hal Engstrom - New Holland Technician for 22 years; dealing with old style JD to all New Holland equipment.
3. RHIAN MANTHA- JOHN DEERE SPECIALIST. EXTENSIVE KNOWLEGE AND TRAINING IN ALL JOHN DEERE MODELS. TRACTORS, COMBINES, HAYTOOLS, AMS AND MUCH MORE.
5. Steve Gregory is our Small Engine Technician, his expertise ranges from Kawasaki to John Deere Consumer Products. Steve has been with the company for 2 years.
6. Jack Ripley - Delivery Specialist, covers a lot of ground with the Mack. Always makes sure customers understand and know how to operate the machinery. He's been with us 10 years.
7. Gary Vink - Company Handyman, takes care of our lot by organizing equipment and washes equipment before and after technician's jobs. He's been with us for 6 years.
TECHNICIAN STATIONS:
Our Service Department has twelve bays in which all machinery is set-up, serviced or repaired. In the summer, seven outside stations are equipped with air and electrical capabilities. We have three service trucks equipped with portable welders, torches & tools to do all jobs. We also run a laptop computer for diagnostic testing in the field.
Special Abilities:
Certification in all A/C, hydraulic, electrical, baler, safety, combines, all tractors, engines, fuel systems, Diesel Mule School, Prairie 650 class, Team Green Technical School.
